As these emotions are unlocked and brought up to a conscious level of awareness, the music facilitates a release and a change in the frequency within. This allows for less congestion of energy, similar to other modalities that help to release blockages in the energetic body, such as massage, Reiki, acupuncture, yoga, meditation, chiropractic, reflexology and therapeutic touch.
