We offer three classes teaching the Avana Method. Each class is designed to develop your experience

Avana Method TM I Class
**For Beginning Students** - requires no background in holistic health and muscle testing.
The Avana MethodTM will explore the understanding

Avana Method TM II Class
**For Advanced Students** - requires some background in holistic health and muscle testing. Avana Method
I would not be necessary with proper requirements met.
Learn how to quickly determine root causes of energy imbalance and how to correct
