Spring is gracing us with its presence of birth and growth. The skies are blue, the sun is bright and setting with more glory, the trees are budding and the birds are arriving in perfect formation. This all testifies to the never ending process of life and the presence of confident purpose. One season brings numerous, unique life cycles along with the specific identity of the individual roles within. As the sun moves closer, the sky responds appropriately, the birds are led back to their summer homes, the trees and plants are right on cue to come into full glory. All are connected and yet each knows its specific purpose and importance to the whole. Each has a value and worth to a single eye and yet will elicit a unique response from all that see, sense and experience their existence.
When you take the time to notice what is taking place automatically in every moment, you will also be more aware of your own reflective inner peace. This is one of the relationships that assists us to understand ourselves deeply. Everything is relative. Through these relationships and our intent to be aware, we begin to put value on the purpose in our lives. It all holds an individual reaction that carries the identity of self worth.
What value does it serve in our lives you ask? The earth is our grounding, our center, and the movement of energy that signifies life. Our third chakra, the stomach area is also the earth center of our energetic being. It holds the memory of all experiences that speak to the way we choose to know and love ourselves. It is the essence of our expression of our self worth and it is a grounding center point for our identity.
The degree of awareness of compassion, forgiveness, respect and unconditional love that we hold for ourselves dictates the life experiences we draw to us. If you need to learn more patience, life will hand you circumstances that require patience. Be careful what you ask for! If you need to be more forgiving to yourself, you will be drawn to a relationship that requires forgiveness. This speaks to the principle that we are not victims, but instead we are creating these life events based on the energy we desire for soul growth.
Every disease is within the relationship of dis-ease inside us. The stomach also represents our ability to nourish ourselves properly with the understanding to digest all the life circumstances we purposely create. Understanding and accepting this peacefully leads us to view life with a higher purpose. Open your heart to hear that everything happens for a good reason and that you are learning about yourself within it. Place your hand on your stomach and feel your core with love and gratitude for all that you have chosen to be. Connect with your energy to understand your worth and value as a spark of living color within the grandeur upon this earth. Your inner smile is reflective of the shining sun in the sky that brings light, warmth and life for all to rejoice.
A special, beautiful young soul around the age of 11 used her unique gift of perception and compassion to create an example of the reflection of self worth. Her choice for a science project unveiled a most interesting visual testimony of the connection of our physical reflection of our inner beliefs. She took 3 potted rose bushes and exposed them all to the same amount of light and water. The only difference is how she treated them individually. The first plant she spoke cruel, demeaning, negative words. The second plant she ignored and withdrew any emotional exchange. The third plant she spoke kind, encouraging words. The photos below speak volumes of how we grow and develop based on how we are treated by others, particularly by our caregivers.
The plant that was yelled at lost some of its leaves and branches, but managed to continue to bloom. Did it realize its own inner beauty and quickly adjust itself to self-love to survive? I found it very interesting that the plant that was ignored and had no emotional interaction, positive or negative, withered and died. It did not have any reflective image to identify with. The third plant thrived on the love it was given and accepted the praise as its own truth and became even more glorious. It was all based on self accepting choices.
It is my hope that you will take this visual example of reflective love and store it as a memory that will guide your thoughts, words and every expression of compassion and love that you are. May you begin with yourself at your center and feed yourself with this same love, compassion, forgiveness and peace-filled joy. It is my loving intention to extend to you the love I hold inside my heart for all life and as a reflection of who I am. I am embracing you with this peace and it is my faith and Divine knowledge that I place before you the truth that we are all the essence of One. Rejoice and give thanks!
Many blessings, love and light,
Joyce
